Our representatives are taught the safety regulations that are in place and how to follow them and protect yourself from any initial injuries by using the necessary equipment.
1. Dress code is followed.
It is important to dress according to the workplace dress code. Open-toed shoes are prohibited. Workers should wear specific footwear and long sleeves and pants to avoid common workplace accidents. Dress codes can also help maintain professionalism and keep employees safe.
2. Safety gear.
Safety gear is required around machinery in factories. Companies dress codes include safety gear when it’s necessary for your job. Safety gear is just a precaution against potentially dangerous work conditions.
3. Awareness about personal hygiene.
To help prevent workplace illness, our personal hygienists maintain the cleanliness of the workforce with hygiene checks. Good hygiene improves health and self-esteem which reduces risk. Hand sanitizers and hand washing facilities are available at all times.

Both our factories are being operated in accordance with the labor laws of Bangladesh. In order to keep the workers safe in the workplace, all the supervisors are appointed and they are briefed and informed about their advantages and disadvantages.
