Company History
Erebus Plastic Industries Ltd was founded in 2004 with the goal of becoming the leading rigid plastic manufacturer in Bangladesh. After rapid growth in demand, Horizon Plastic Industries Ltd was established in 2009. A diversified plastic manufacturing Industries that cares about its customers, employees, and community. We have 2 factories in Ashulia, Dhaka and employ more than 1,000 people.
Together, Erebus & Horizon provide rigid plastic packaging solutions for Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Paints, Beauty & Cosmetics, Food and Beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics, NGOs, and Chemical companies and also Bidding National-International Tender.
The Company has succeeded in achieving its target of being one of the largest in the Bangladeshi plastic sector with annual revenues of over $17 million. Erebus & Horizon works with several reputed multinational companies (MNCs) and local companies, including Unilever, Berger, Asian Paints, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Marico, Igloo, Square Toiletries, Dabur, Abul Khair Group, Hemas, and many more.
Erebus established itself as a reliable producer and suppliers of plastic packaging products. Erebus specialized in extrusion blow molding (mono-layer & Bi-Layer) ranging from 25ml to 5ltr, injection Blow Molding, Pet Blow, and Caps and Closer.
Horizon plastic was concentrates on Injection Molding with machine capacity ranging from 160ton to 650ton. This factory has the capacity to run challenging molds like multi cavity filp-top caps with in mold closing.
Our management and technical team members have got more 100 years of combined experience in plastic packaging manufacturing activities. We also have solid capabilities in design, supply chain management. Consequently, we focus on delivering service and solution to our customers rather than selling products.

Managing Director Message
Managing Director Message | Syed Tahsin Haque Erebus & Horizon Plastic Ind. Ltd. Responsible as managing director and founder member of the company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, USA. After that, he gained multi-faceted experience of working in the big multinational companies of the country including British American Tobacco Bangladesh Limited, Unocal Bangladesh Limited, Occidental Bangladesh Limited. And he is well versed in management positions as a medium and with all current management concepts- TQM, MRP-II, Theory of Constraints etc. All his experience on them has made Erebus & Horizon a highly efficient company. He efficiently manages and oversees advanced marketing, office management, factory operations and projects.
He believes our employees are the most important asset to the success of our business. Integrity, teamwork and accountability are the core values on which we have built our foundation. Superior product quality, strong commitment to our customers and timely delivery have contributed to our growth success.
Our leadership team of managers has accumulated long years of direct/indirect experience in plastic molding and related operations. In addition we have brought our expertise in business management to the continuous growth of business volume and customer demand, the owner/management team has succeeded in deciding to start a second manufacturing unit called Horizon Plastics. This new unit was mostly dedicated to injection molding and new technology based products while Erebus Plastics was dedicated to blow molding and screen printing. So with both technologies, we have been occupying the top position in the market of plastic products production.
Our future aim is to grow our business through horizontal, vertical and diversification paths through our strong experience, strong management leadership team, good social network as well as good financial strength to build business with new horizons in plastic industry in Bangladesh.

We are maintaining the world standard, along with some world famous companies, fast moving companies, consumer, food, medicine, paint, beauty, cosmetics, electronics and beverage, and the products of various product manufacturers are traded through food grade plastic to the customer to wrap the product in cheque and dollars.
Payment Method | Horizon On the other hand, for payment of salaries and purchase and sale prices, transactions are made through LC, TT and cheque.
Accounts and Audit | Our company’s Erebus and Horizon Plastic factories are two ISO standard. A manager and his team continue to carry out tax payments and assessments to the Government Treasury for their own tax and VAT payments within the Accounts Department of our organization.
